Do you need a letter confirming your congress registration to help facilitate your efforts in obtaining a visa? If so, we can provide a confirmation letter. Please e-mail aromaticity2018@gmail.com with your full name and corresponding request.

We will send you the confirmation letter for your visa application. Confirmation letters will only state the conference title, dates, location, and that you are a presenter. Participants are advised to apply for a visa as early as possible.
